Like everything the customer service has fallen off immensely in the last 5 years. If you appreciate being treated poorly and things not getting done in a proper time this is the company to work with. The experience service techs are fantastic the corporate side killing the company.

Guy at the parts counter is useless. Sent me to the back to get a custom hose made when the part number is right on it. Didn’t even care to look cause he was too busy having a conversation with a buddy. The hose repair shop was fantastic & extremely helpful in finding me the correct hose & saved me 30$ from getting a custom hose made. Parts guy wasted my time for no reason because he was lazy & didn’t want to help. Then proceeded to make smart remarks when I brought it up to him.
