Tengthee did a very nice diagnostic check of our boiler system which was displaying an error message for the first time. He pinpointed the problem with our blower motor. I was surprised due to a technician who tuned up our boiler and did a 21+ point inspection two weeks earlier said our boiler was in good shape. I guess that's the precarious nature of heating systems. Although it will be an expensive repair or replacement of our boiler, we'll be working with a Project Planner for clarity and recommendations. Thankfully, we found out about this issue before winter, giving us time to repair or replace our boiler before the winter. Overall, Hero Plumbing and Heating has been a great resource for our heating, plumbing and water heating needs! 😊👍🏾🪠

As of right now, we have a dispatch fee for services including estimates. Furnace/HVAC diagnostic charges currently range in price depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, our capacity at the time of inspection.
