Worst Zara ever. Don’t waste your time shopping in person. Buy online or drive to Chicago and shop there. 10 people waiting in line on a Wednesday morning & only one person working the register. It’s like that every single time. They have over 5 employees working the floor & no one ever comes over to help with registers. You could easily spend 30 minutes just waiting in line to check out. They also take their time checking you out. They work really really slow. Their store is a disaster. Every rack is disorganized and a mess. Fitting rooms remained closed probably because the employees are too lazy to work it.
