This store is one of the biggest Crocs stores I've ever been in. They had a huge selection and decent sales. They offer a military discount which is a HUGE plus for our family.

Unable to complete a return or exchange of product due to the fact that manager had gone on break for 20 minutes. Even though they have three other staff members on the floor, they were apparently not trained on how to process returns or exchanges. Please properly train your staff so that customers do not need to wait 20 minutes to complete transactions in your store.

So high priced! Not able to get help. Then we got the sale crocks and even though they were on sale by one get one half off. They wouldn't honor the sale. On anything we bought. No explanation either! Nit worth it!
