It was a great quick overnight stop. Decent rates. Clean bathrooms, good facilities, and they are accommodating for a late checkin and early checkout. Rates pretty good.

We came here for one night it was pretty hot outside so we just plugged in and stayed indoors. The checkin was fantastic we had called ahead yesterday and reserved two places one for my brother and his wife they were very accommodating and got us together, this place looks very clean and in June very green, friendly and peaceful, near Highway 40 and not far from all stores and gas stations, if I travel through here again I’ll definitely come back 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Yes, they offer late night. Just call & talk to David & tell him you'll be late. Super nice. We got there around 11 p.m. and when I called he just said find a place to park and we'd take care of it in the morning. Which we did and everything went smoothly.
