We recently had to have our pet put down, they were caring and respectful of our animal and our pain. They sent us a card in the mail signed by everyone and our pets feet prints....needless to say we didn't expect it and are touched greatly by their thoughtfulness in our time of mourning. I will recommend them to everyone from now on. What a great place to take care of our animals. A forever customer.

I took my female fur baby in to get spayed called before setting appointment for price was given one price over the phone getting there found out all this other stuff added to it. Price went up more. Now mind you I know my baby wasn't in heat either which costs more apparently. When I left I asked what exactly it was going to cost in total. Picked her up the next day cost went up more and was told she was in heat like I wouldn't know if she was or not but had to pay more and then some. They just kept upping the amount every time. Plus she is a friendly loving dog she didn't even want to say goodbye she dragged me basically out of the office. She doesn't even do that at her vets. She got home and acted like she hadn't had any water in a while. I will not recommend this place to anyone and will only be going back to get her stitches removed after that I never want to see them again. Only went there cause regular vet was booked up for months and so was others. My mistake should have waited apparently.

They are amazing. The staff is very friendly and they all take very good care of your pets. I highly recommend them. Both doctor Kaufman and doctor Gina Kaufman are amazing they have performed numerous surgeon my animals including spay and neuters.
