New management is awesome! Great product for a great price! You call them, set up an appointment for them to assess IN PERSON what internet services are actually available for your specific location. The tech is 100% transparent with what is available to you. They are honest and don’t over-promise what services you can get. After the consultation, you set up an installation date. The installation tech installs everything nice and neat. No cheap and quick installs, no wires spidered all over exterior walls. Everything is professional and hidden. They make sure your service is working before they leave. AND they keep in touch with you after installation to make sure you are staying connected. Couldn’t ask for better service! I went from 2 lines unlimited of 7mbps at $200/mo to MUCH MORE… enough to stream 4K…still unlimited…for the same price! Would highly recommend over other rural and in-town providers!

***UPDATE*** I got a call today from American Wireless (yes, I cringed)! Was the new manager apologizing for the past manager that is no longer with them! If I lived where they offered service I’d try them again. Means a lot these days for a company to care enough to apologize. Yes reasonable prices but rude when you call in to let them know internet is out as they told me to do! Not once but 3 in one week(any time it rains basically here lately). Understand things happen but I’ll pay double not to be talked to like I have been this week!

When it runs, it’s good. But several times in the last week, the Internet has gone out, the screen saying the Internet is connected but something’s wrong. When I called, the response was basically, “You’re connected,” implying it wasn’t their fault. It sure is!
