The clothes are amazing and the prices are also great. They have good sales all the time. The music is always a bop so that’s good as well. But the customer service is very bad. Every time I go it’s someone different and they always have a attitude. They are also very strict with return policy. Management was also bad and rude but the clothes are good so I always go back.

It was the only place I really ended up buying alot of clothes. My issue is I do not live close and I purchased a pair of shoes… only to open them when I returned home and found the wrong size to be in the wrong box. Also there are signs all over with prices and I noticed I was overcharged twice. The staff acts like you are annoying for being there and even though they were open it was extremely uncomfortable trying to check out since apparently not a single staff yet had a drawer available to do so. I understand being understaffed but there is no reason to be rude.

the workers were very unfriendly and disrespectful to my mom like by disrespectful i mean like they were rude the whole store was a huge mess and the dressing rooms were closed plus you are unable to return anything over all we had a terrible experience and hope that the workers do not disrespect any one else in the future.

If there were negative stars that is what I would rate. I took my daughters school close shopping last weekend as they love this store. Unfortunately, the dressing rooms were still closed for COVID which I was fine with since we could try the clothes on at home and return what did not fit. When I checked out the cashier stated "you have 14-days to return the merchandise". Unfortunately, she failed to mention the return is for store credit only. Again, not the issue I have, your business, your choice. The issue I have is if the policy was posted or explained for me to understand I would not have made the purchase to begin with. There was a sign posted fitting rooms closed. Why not post a sign returns are in-store credit only??? The problem I have is how my return was handled by one of the employees. As my return was started the employee said I would only get store credit. I proceeded with a shocked "what do you mean store credit". He said "that is our policy and your problem". I said "that is fine but your fitting rooms are closed and if we could have tried the close on, we would have know they did not fit and made the purchase in the first place". Again your store, your choice. I than asked if I could speak to a manager. Snarky and rude he said "I am one of the managers". I asked "do you have a general manager I can speak to". He said no, she is not in until Tuesday. I politely asked for his name so I could report his representation of Urban Planet to her. He again replied very rudely "I don't have to give that to you". I said "that is fine, I will refer to you as a$$hole". My suggestion to you Urban Planet. Notify your customer about your in-store credit return policy before the transaction if your fitting rooms are closed. Show some more customer service than the people you have representing your store at the Mall of America.
