I'm only rating this place a 5 because the two people we met at this park for the fireworks on June 4th. Tom and Jackie were sweet and kind. We were grateful to have met them!

Linwood Straight

Nice waterfront Park with beautiful flower gardens. Located in Pawtuxet Village near the boundaries of Cranston and Warwick. Lots of lawn areas to sit and take in the views. Also has a small Gazebo with seating. During the Gaspee Day Events, the Park is utilized as the staging area for the Amusement Rides and Food Court. Several nearby restaurants and Shops that one can easily walk to from the Park.

It's a beautiful park, gazebo, walking path, water view, picnic tables, seating areas, a random old boat, beautiful garden feel with trash cans, dog bm bags, and little libraries... The playground could be better... Much better. Only has two swings and a slide.. but due to the small playground the foot traffic is relaxed and peaceful. And the park holds events which is nice.
