THE LADIES AT THE LEASING OFFICE IS AMAZING ESPECIALLY MS MACK VERY PROFESSIONAL...I HAD A FEW PROBLEMS WITH MY APARTMENT WHEN I FIRST MOVED IN I CALLED ONE TIME AND ALL THE PROBLEMS WITH MY APARTMENT GOT FIXED AND SHE DID A FOLLOWED UP JUST TO MAKE SURE EVERYTHING WAS FIX ...I LOVE MY APARTMENT

Maintenance came banging on my door at 11pm. Infested with RATS AND ROACHES (double homicide). Been trying to contact Maintenance with numerous problems such as my bathroom floor is sinking, Wall is leaking, and bedroom door is broken. Nobody ever comes. The water doesn't even get hot. Don't waste your time or money.

This is my first apt and the leasing manager was great. She was there from the start until I moved in and after. The office staff is friendly and helpful with anything you need. Nice apt with huge closets and great location. Parking is included and a lot of trees. I would tell all my friends to move here. I looked at a lot of other apts before I came here and orchard gardens by far was the best because I felt like I was finally at home!!!!

The worst place ever rats all in the apts they never fixed my doors they took the pats flood every other day they don’t fix anything They have the worst property manager ever and I will post pictures so y’all can be the judge y’all self it’s ok for the price but all the problems you’ll experience it’s not worth the price! Rats and roaches and they don’t send pest control!
