This place is horrendous! The leasing manager is rude and unprofessional, the buildings are mouse infested, the auxiliary services are terrible at best, not to mention they couldn't clean a plate if it were in front of them. A latin guy smokes some sort of drug, maybe weed, every day, in front of my place. When he's not high, he's flying through the parking lot in his silver car as if it were stolen, playing loud music early in the morning as he dumps his own trash here. I'm sure you can do better than this place. After I moved in, I soon realized my place was unfinished with cheap patch-up work everywhere. Oh, the walls are paper-thin and the service requests are terribly slow if they even respond at all. Peak Management really must not care as long as they get their rent and hidden fees.

I cannot wait until I move from here. Overpriced, poor communication and hidden charges. I've tried to call them multiple of times about my bills among many other issues. Great office staff, great place to live. Work orders are a little behind but they do their best especially during the pandemic. Cant wait to see the hallway paintings continue and more.
