Have called the rental office numerous times to fix my wall unit ac. Was left a note stating it will be pulled and serviced, this was in the beginning of April. Apartment has reached temperatures exceeding 82 degrees. Extremely warm also that I’m on the top floor. Overall experience is okay. I suggest you keep a clean apartment. This place could use many new upgrades so that they be more efficient. They have a slight mice issue, maintenance had to seal several holes and place traps. I suggest using fresh mint. This keeps rodents away too, but I’ve never seen roaches. Neighbors for the most part are quiet. Good for students or first time renters

Communication was VERY bad, they are not consistent with keeping up with the status of your application, at all. If you're even able to get through to someone, they can't "disclose" anything about YOUR application or info., due to reasons that they're not even sure of. There are plenty of other spots that are more convenient, great with communication and have better prices.

DO NOT MOVE HERE. Been living here for about 2 years. Maintenance NEVER comes to fix anything and the property managers do not care. All these photos are issues throughout my lease that I have asked them to fix and they never come. Recently my bathroom ceiling has a leak and was caving in. It took 2 weeks of me calling rental office, maintenance AND property managers. Finally I decided to call Regional Management and they finally forced the supervisor to put cut out the ceiling and put a board up. Mind you I have kids and my pregnant gf is over here often. BIG SAFETY HAZARD. They put a board up and said they will be out to fix it today. Nobody is here and the board is now soaked from water damage. Trust me, there is a lot more that I wanna tell but can’t type. I will be reporting them. Anybody who is interested in hearing the full story is welcome to contact me. In short, DO NOT DO IT!
