I went there today to see if they could sharpen the blades of my push mower. They informed me that they no longer work on push mowers. Rich looked it and said it needed to have the nuts tighten. He took care of it immediately and wouldn’t let me pay him. The customer service I received has made me a return customer. Thanks so much for your help!!

We rented 2 pieces of equipment from this company. The track fell off the excavator. No one was at the store for me to get in touch with so had to call three times. This wasted 3 hours of our day by the time David showed and was able to get it fixed. He gave us $50 off a $640 bill saying it was fair. The second piece of equipment was returned with mud. Roy stated it took two hour for them to clean and charged us $100 for the work they had to put in. I’m assuming their time is more valuable than ours with the assessment above. This review is only written because when calling to discuss the bill, I was spoken to in a demeaning and unprofessional manner.
