Had awesome experience here for Knotfest. The beer is cheaper then most venues and the sound is awesome. The venue is smaller and creates a better experience then the big stadiums. We'll come back here for more of my bands.

Not bad getting in, little rough getting out and the price of beer is stupid.

Greatest place for any kind of concert in New Mexico!
I was upper VIP parking & that parking area is all the way up on the left side of the Amphitheatre entrance. Just have your VIP parking pass ready & show the attendant when you pull into the parking lot. They will guide you to your specific area.
You can. I would recommend that you get them some.of those noise cancelling headphones. When I saw them, I saw plenty of kids. There were plenty of kids at the Breaking Benjamin concert too.
Yeah, Joey is right most of the wait is going to be the flowing lines of cars but it does flow quickly if people go the right direction and not cut off other people.
It depends on where you park. The farthest parking spots are probably ~10 minutes at a slow pace. A lot of the lot is well lit, and you can walk by lamp posts for a lot of the parking. For extra safety though if you park in a farther part of the lot, a flashlight is recommended
I would say at least 2 hours before the show....traffic was a nightmare getting in. Our show started at 7...and it took about an hour from the time we turned of onto Sunport drive to get to th3 amphitheater and it took about half an hour to get in at the gates. TAKE AN UNOPENED GALLON OF WATER!! SAVES mon3y!!!
Apply online, but be aware most people have worked their for years and they hire back almost the same people every year. It's not that easy to get a ticket position.
I've seen various genre's play there recently and they've all been great, some better than others, but the sound amplifies perfectly if the band tunes it up right. If anything, I feel like the sound there has gotten better over the past few years... haven't been disappointed in a concert there yet this year
Weird I was just there on October 11th and they weren't allowing ppl to bring chairs in but I honestly wasn't paying attention to the size of the chairs. I just always bring a blanket
It is and if you bought tickets through the live Nation app, you can talk to a real person through text the day of the concert. The app sends you notifications. Now if you just upgraded to VIP lounge, then you don't get the parking. Just access to the bar and bathrooms.
I've had no trouble getting a factory sealed plastic bottle of water thru the gates. They frown upon the cans of soda (or anything else canned) as they are concerned you will throw it at the band to crack someone in the crowd with it should you decide to Chuck it into the crowd.
No stand, but there were a few that appeared to be available. I also saw people waiting as Lyft and Uber. Good idea since it is hard to locate your vehicle after dark!
Yes, but... They are limited and you have to reserve them and often idiots buy them that are not handicapped and Isleta does not verify or regulate these seats...
Going to see Cole Swindell in August. Are there any good hotels nearby and if so where are the best ones distance wise? Also is it true Isleta Resort and Casino shuttle to the Ampitheater?

Isleta Resort and casino is your best bet because they do shuttle. Getting in and out isn't fun. Otherwise stating at any of the branded hotels is fine. If you want to be by lots of shopping and restaurants you want to stay in the uptown area.
No. We took our son (6/7 at the time) to see Florida Georgia Line. Little ones just get tired of standing up for so long so you'll have to pick them up eventually
I won tickets to several concerts out there this summer, How do I go about getting Handicapped seating?

At live Nation they try hard to please customers, ask them about handicapped seats and see if they'd compensate you. Call them ahead of the show and give them your info so when you get there, they can assist you.
Can one bring their own lawn chairs?

What is the VIP venue? And can you up grade the mega tickets once you have purchased them, specifically for individual events

The VIP Venue is for people who bought backstage passes and VIP passes. And I believe you can upgrade but it's more than likely expensive to do so. Hope this helps!

IF they do a meet and greet. you will need to buy the tickets on the site and be there early. But only if they do the meet and greet. And they are a ton of money.
No, I've never heard them having anything like this. Because it's an outdoor venue, it's highly unlikely. Some of the casinos should, though. Maybe some of the clubs or restaurants downtown?
There shouldn't be age restrictions outside of common sense. I'm not entirely sure if there are rating systems for concerts like there are at movies that would restrict certain ages from attending alone or purchasing tickets.
Is there an age limit to get into the PIT2 at the G-Eazy concert?

Kurimuzondesu | Oct 29, 2018
I wouldn't think so, but if you might suspect there is you can check the concert guide about it, where it has all the times and stuff if there are any special guests it would say something about an age limit, but normally there is no age limit to get into any concert at the Amphitheater
Are we allowed to bring posters with poster lights?
Please answer I need to know ASAP

No. Don't think so. The venue rules are very restrictive and are delineated on their web site.
Does it cost anything to park there? If so, how much and do we prepay or pay at the gate? Do you stop selling when the lot is full?
Thank you so much!

The front row parking is the premier parking you pay for, the price depends on the event. To get tickets for a event there is a chance the day of, you can buy a ticket at the front of they aren't sold out.
My family an I are attending the Dead and company concert this week , my daughter broke her ankle the first week of summer vacation and required surgery and will be in a wheelchair all summer . We have lawn tickets . Is there any way you can help ?

They have handicap seating, id call them or talk to them when you get there. They also have access down below so you don't have to walk down the hill.
Parking is first come first serve. The trick is to get there later and l recommend leaving during the oncore. You get out of The mess. And get to your car, before the entire place goes. You've already seen it. Get some more another gig. Definitely leave the arena before it gets too late.
I have lawn seat for Dead and Co. My daughter broke her leg & had surgery and is in a wheelchair. Is there anywhere she can safely be with lawn tickets? Is there a paved area?
Mia Noren | Oct 29, 2018
Kenneth Mckibben | Oct 29, 2018
No paved area,it's all grass, they will have a handy cap area
I've always purchased lawn seats, but was online today and it stated there was reserved lawn seating that was roped off and secured. Since it's been awhile since I've been to a show, I wondered
Yes, the drinks are very high. $15 just for a beer. Oh and the best margueritas, $20 , small amount (12 oz i think) and not good at all. They must use the cheapest mix they could find.
