is there a taxi stand?

No stand, but there were a few that appeared to be available. I also saw people waiting as Lyft and Uber. Good idea since it is hard to locate your vehicle after dark!

Not sure but i have seen Lyft and Uber but they could be scheduled ahead of time

You don't have to call ahead unless they are all taken, but for the most part they have Lyft, Uber, and regular taxi's for your convenience.

I have seen taxi's lined up after the show but I don't know if they are called ahead of time.
