The new manager has no idea what she is doing. My grandma said that everyone in the office is new and clueless. They just recently let go of Felicia the maintenance technician. She was a fantastic employee and that is now the reason why we will be putting in her 30 day notice. The new company Atria, raised everyone’s rent. They don’t have a shuttle! The food is horrible. Send you’re loved one somewhere else! The office is always closed. The GM lady, office manager and leasing agent always take off for lunch for a couple of hours. They never have any waiting staff to serve the residents. The old GM Patrick would always help serve but the new GM lady won’t get her hands dirty.

I came here with my mother to be shown around, the staff was rude to her and I. The young lady showing us around had an attitude the whole time. If that’s how guests are treated I’d hate to see how the residents are treated. Very poor experience.

Visited my mom. Good senior living, food is good and the place is clean. The staff is attentive and helpful.
