We have tickets for Heart/Joan Jett/Elle King tonight but haven't received a link for the tickets. Where do we get them? They were the Joan Jett ticket package

I purchased ours at the box office. However, all my questions were satisfactorily answered via phone call directly to the Amphitheater 452-5100.

That's weird because after I purchase my ticket I received the email link right away. I would double check on the website for the link
