Depends of the band
They have ended around 10:30, 10:45. But getting out of the venue and the parking lot is a issue. I hangout till most cars have left the lot.
Most rock concerts end between 10:30 and 11:00 pm. If the band is having good feedback from the crowd, they could stay on for another hour or so! Worth it.
Around mid night is the latest.

Concerts finish around 11pm but getting out of parking lot 30mins to 50mins but be patient most people are either driving people drunk out of the bad situation that can occur and everyone wants to go out to eat or go home so be nice don't add to people's stupidity ego. But great time good venue .
We got out of the Maroon 5 show near 11pm. The traffic exiting the parking area takes a good 30 to 45 minutes or more! Plan ahead and use the facilities before leaving the venue!
Late
If it's an all ages show, local laws state the show has to end by 11p. If it's an 18+ show, then it's 130a, but no show had ever gone that late.
