A few years back when this company was in the Strip District I couldn't get out to their showroom I picked what I wanted to use they showed me two sample pieces and I said that would be fine I wanted from that slab when it came time to the install the guy that brought it in kept saying over and over "it is what it is" and after I discovered that this was NOT the same slab as noted in the pictures I was given a small credit and apparently they were aware of what they did. So not only did they give me a different slab they gave me one that was flawed and had a stripe like going through it I would not recommend this company they just took advantage of a senior citizen because I couldn't make it out to their showroom when there was extensive construction going on during that time as you can see in the pictures below it is clearly from a different slab. I actually remember seeing the slab that they dumped on me it was really green and it sitting Outside, And in response to their response that replacement involved me paying for a plumber again twice!!! installing the faucet and water hook up and other selection was actually going to cost me money, I wasn't confident that I wasn't going to end with something different. Let me clarify when I say replacement I mean financially I should not have to put any pay additional money for inconvenience giving me a different slab money for t a different slab. inconvenience alone away with it and basically they did because I'll be taking a hit financial

Very unprofessional workers. They were cutting a piece of counter top for my neighbors right in the front yard by my driveway which they first blocked with there truck and I had to make them move and then and made a complete mess of my cars with dust. The two guys barely even spoke English and seemed to see no problem with what they were doing.
