Corruption and extortion at its finest but beautiful located though. You can take some nice pictures of you getting married and already know where to go if you get divorced. Traffic is treble and Noone can some to drive right but your not far from Morton Plant Hospital... Stay safe everyone

I have been at this Civil Court House many times for everything from being a witness, to filing Wills and other Documents... EVERYONE I've come in contact with has been professional and courteous! I've never had to wait for long, never been talked down to, and all questions I've had were answered. This is a very well run County Civil Court, and I'm always pleased with everything they do! 👍

I am inexperienced filing paperwork with the court system but was helped by the staff to file the proper forms. It helps that I read on their website the proceedings as they explained the process as well so I understood. Extremely courteous and professional.

Thank you Aubrey for your advice but I wasn't charged with anything. I'm asking for a friend and I'm very concerned that after two weeks there is still no court date. So maybe due to "COVID" they are behind.
The Judge in Court usually asks for you to provide your license. If you don't have one, by the time you go to court, they can prevent you from getting one, as well as fine you. I haven't heard of anyone going to jail, but I can't say that won't happen... If it was me, I would get a license ASAP and bring it with you. Also make SURE you have the insurance and tag registration when you go to Court if the vehicle belongs to you. I am NOT an attorney... You could call one as well... Both Luke Lirot, and Kevin Haslet are both great firms!
Any Court house, police station or the dmv should be able to record it for you.
