We were granted a divorce 8/22/2018. In the verbal statement my ex told the judge that he was paying half of his IRS obligation, he has not and they have now taken us off the payment plan. What do I do now seeing that he did not comply?

Any verbal agreement with your ex should be written into the judges decree. Go back to the court with your case.
