The EMarriage Application is a required form that must be filled out prior to obtaining a marriage license from the Clerk’s office. Yes. You don't have to make an appointment. Just bring licence from both people and go before 5pm I think to get your license. Then you will have to go back to get married. Again, no appointment needed for either
