Thank you for reaching out to us. Our 315 Court St. office is open until 5pm. We do not offer appointments. As long as you arrive before 5pm, you will be served. The entire process including the ceremony and paperwork can take between 15–20 minutes. If you are applying for the marriage license the same day, that could add an additional 10–15 minutes. However, the marriage license effective date depends on several factors so please call us at (727) 464-7000 and choose option #4.
