The building is open from 8 to 5, but the Clerk of Court office is open from 8:30 to 4:30, to save the taxpayers money, but it won't save you much if you arrive at 4:35 and have to come back another day!

Go to the main courthouse. There is an information desk there and they can guide you to all the services available.

Yes. The Pinellas County Courthouse has plenty of handicapped parking in the south lot. It is tricky to get to if you are unfamiliar with the streets. Take the one way street, Court St going west make a left at the light at Oak then make a left into the south lot just before the one way st, Chesnut St. Going east. There are also a couple of spaces in the north lot across the street from the courthouse and in the east lot next to the old courthouse. I hope this helps.
