Despite the negative reviews, they just saved a veteran's life...mine. I was going through some bad times with my pain, PTSD, mental issues, and the team was there to help right away! Thank you for your services and Bravo Zulu

Horrible service. Can’t get an appointment when they do schedule they cancel anyway. Been here 2 years and still can’t get a VA appointment. This is my main source of health care and I can’t even see a doctor. Poor excuse for a clinic.

Severely understaffed but they still drop the ball on things they shouldn't. It took 11 days for the clinic to submit my pain meds to the pharmacy and was told it could take another 10 days after. There's plenty who would kill themselves before going 3 weeks without their meds. It's like this regularly and leaves me with no options.

It takes months to be seen at this location. There is no pint in making an appointment as the staff here can not get you in on time. They are always under staffed and expect you to wait past your appointment time. They need to higher people that are willing to work and know how to work

I get through about 75% time.
I think it actually does have one
Go to the County VSO on smoke tree they can help you file for service connection.
Not a simple answer, come by or call the Eligibility Coordinator so they can review your record.
Go to the mental health clinic and tell them you want to get back into counseling and whatever other services you want.
I lodged one about a doctor when I was in Loma Linda with the patient advocate. They might help you as well.
Have you attempted calling the office? They are usually pretty helpful.
Do call. But the VA is not one of the agencies subject to the government shutdown.
If you have VA ealthcare benefit, call and make an appointment to be assigned a primary care physician. If you don't know your benefit, they will tell you if you are not registered. If you haven't been seen there before, may take a while. Took me 3 months to finally get seen.
They will mail u one but the second floor can help with that as of 4 months ago.
No
I think at 8am
