Called 19 times . It would ring twice & hang up . Called at 1450 hrs. and message said they were closed . Sent a text to them to answer phone . Wont hear back from them . Who do I see for a formal complaint ?

Go to loma linda VA they have advocates They can fix your problems . They have a form to fill out And they get on it fast The advocates have power ( rank) over all doctors and clinics. They have do what they say Its worked for me 2 times

They close at 3pm on Fridays, but at times they have office meetings before their closing times
