Management truly does not care about their residents. This apartment complex is stated to be a “non smoking” property and they will not violate tenants who smoke inside of a their homes and pose serious health risks to those living within the same building. If you are looking for a senior living apartment for a loved one or yourself, please do not chose high desert villas. They will let you down. New management Mickey is extremely unprofessional.

I do not currently have any major complaints. In this hot desert sun I would like to suggest that we have trash and garbage picked up twice per week rather than the customary once per week. From two apartment doors down the odor and the flies have been nearly unbearable this year. It is often not possible to open the door and window to enjoy the evening breeze. I would like to say that during this pandemic situation everything has been running smoothly. The maintenance issues have been handled in a very timely manner. The grounds are well manicured and the grass areas are well watered and green. I have lived in this desert area for over 42 years and five of those years I have resided comfortably here at High Desert Villas.

I’m enjoying my new home with its Clean and beautiful surroundings. My neighbors are friendly and shows the utmost respect. The office staff, ground keepers and maintenance do their jobs with respect and caring. I am happy to have found a place I can call home.

My experience when we moved into a one bedroom was ok until they raised the rent without much notice. When we moved into a two bedroom apartment, they didn't paint the apartment; and left the old carpet. They used to have many fun activities for seniors, but not any more. All the original friendly staff is gone, new staff is not friendly at all.
