The service is not the problem it’s been working great for me. It’s the first bill that just came in the mail, when I agreed to services it was for just internet and a few streaming channels package I was told was 35.99 a month, I didn’t sign up for cable, I did not sign up for spectrum voice I don’t know what that is, and I was told the first time fee will be waived since I’m a new customer, my bill is $90!!! I will not pay for something I did not sign up for

Whether you call them, or go to the store in person, their primary goal is to waste your time. Their store manager couldn't have graduated 4th grade. To drop off your equipment, you have to wait in the same line as 10 people taking 30 min to get cell service or start cable. Fine, but have an equip drop off counter, or system of some sort. Use your head. I know it's Victorville and you can't expect much, but this is so dumb it has to be intentional.

They never have enough personnel working, everytime ive tried to go in there are at least 20 people in que. You can sit there for an hour and only move up 1 to 2 spaces.

Spectrum has nothing to so with your gmail. Depending on what operating system your using (windows, Mac, ubuntu etc) you have to link your gmail. Windows only has default live/hotmail and mac has another. Try going to that default email then into settings to add gmail.

Had an issue last week with my Charter service it was out for a few hours when it did come back on I got a credit on my Charter service on my account for the time it was out no problem with getting the credit at all Charter services improved greatly over these years I would recommend anybody getting Charter I want shows Frontier service for about 45 days their service was constantly having problems and I could not wait to return back to Charter service for all of my services I think you Oughta consider it and compare the prices Charter Spectrum has so much to offer and they fix their problems quickly and honor what they say and if their service goes down there quickly and honestly will give you a credit on your bill for any time your services are down
Most problems with a receiver can be easily fixed by simply resetting the box. Unplug the receiver from power for 5 mins, plug back in, wait about 5 minutes for receiver to reload. If that doesn't fix the issue, then the technical dept at customer service can usually remotely fix the issue. Lastly, it can be serviced with a service visit to your home, or can be exchanged in office.
