My audio went out on my cable box. Anyone know a quick fix?

Most problems with a receiver can be easily fixed by simply resetting the box. Unplug the receiver from power for 5 mins, plug back in, wait about 5 minutes for receiver to reload. If that doesn't fix the issue, then the technical dept at customer service can usually remotely fix the issue. Lastly, it can be serviced with a service visit to your home, or can be exchanged in office.
