They Suck
If you only have their internet but at one point had tv service there is a splitter that causes what they call chatter. They will eventually figure it out and without warning (or actually coming to the door) will disconnect your service causing you to call and have to wait for a tech to come repair the split. It wont be the same day and forget about getting a credit for them inconveniencing you.
Spectrum is always working on their network. Sometimes it will just stop, for minutes or even hours. For all this horrible service, you get to pay more. I switched to Frontier, costs less, and I am much happier
Because Spectrum doesn't care. And they'll jack up your bill and blame it on you

There could be many reasons. It's best to call tech support for your internet service, and they will troubleshoot the problem. If not resolvable over the phone, they will send you a tech.
It could be many different things. They've said not to have your router near other electronics or to many electronics (tv, did player, radio etc), having the router at the center of the house, getting into your router settings as well and check connectivity. One main one is to see if the ground cable wire is giving out enough signal, if it has a spliter that may cause a bad connection. Check with spectrum to see what your set up with you may need to upgrade. Finally last resort would be to call tech support and they'll either help you or send a tech service to check it them self but may get charged for it.
