I went here a couple of months ago purchasing some jeans for my mom. I was also going to use her Torrid card to make the purchase. The cashiers at these stores always ask if you want to sign up for stuff and I always say no because I don’t have time for it. The cashier had asked me if I wanted to sign up for a torrid card so that my mom can get some percentage off her purchase. I said no but the cashier kept insisting even after I said NO twice. She talked about how my mom would save money off her $90 ish dollar purchase so I did it (big mistake) so it wouldn’t cost my mom a lot of money for her jeans. Anyway fast forward to two months later and I got a bill in the mail to my name on my torrid card for the charge that was supposed to go on my mom’s torrid credit card. Also the original purchase didn’t get any discount for me signing up, as I saw looking at the bill. I’m never shopping here again for incompetence and horrible pestering customer service. Thanks for ruining my credit score because now I have a late fee for a purchase made (unknowingly) on MY card when I was told it was going on my MOM’s card.

My favorite plus size store. Every time I visit online I always catch a sale. When I go in Victorville,ca. store there customer service is above and beyond, store is always nice.
