I highly recommend this Urgent Care. We took my 95 year old father in late on July 4th. We were seen by a wonderful doctor, Renata Samuels. She did a thorough exam and said he sounded ok but due to his age, she recommended we go to the er for blood work. She was so kind to us and ended up saving his life. I highly recommend this doctor and facility.

The only good thing about this place is that there was no wait. I found out the reason why though - the doc was rude and dismissive, and saw me for about 30 seconds. I would have seen him for less had I not tried asking him some questions. He stayed by the door and was noticeably trying to leave the minute he stepped into the room. He didn't do any checks or anything, just looked at me and sent in a prescription. Turns out I got misdiagnosed! Terrible.

I just went there this Sunday morning for my blocked right ear. I couldn't hear anything on my right ear since late Friday night, and failed to soften the stone-like earwax and took it by myself. The doctor was extremely informative and direct, checking again and again on my right ear, while the nurse helping me with syringe who was extremely careful, patient and sweet! And the front desk lady was extremely helpful checking my insurance and explaining everything to me! BIG thank you all!! I am extremely grateful!! Come back to alive again!! THANK YOU!!!
