I needed to get something checked out. So I found that this clinic was in network for my PPO plan. Everyone was nice, professional and efficient. Got my answers! The doc was not rushing me out and kept asking me for my questions until none were left. So I left happy.

The staff here is very professional and efficient. Most importantly they were very kind. I was feeling stressed and terrible but the process of check in to treatment was easy and quick. Special thanks to the young lady who checked me in and explained what to expect. The Doc was great too. Everyone I interacted with was genuinely nice and very professional.

We had very bad experience at Exer Urgent Care today. Our baby was vomiting and got very weak so we had to rush to get him to the nearest medical facility and Google showed that Exer Urgent Care is open until 9pm, so we went there and while driving baby was vomiting again. We got scared that he could chock. When my wife walked in the office it was 8:45pm the lady on the front desk was careless and she said “We are closed, our last patient got in at 8:30pm and we are no linger accepting patients” So let me explain, I came with an infant!!! I told her I can’t drive anywhere else it is dangerous for him because he is vomiting… so she got rude and said not polite way that they are closed and not going to help us with our baby! After that my wife called to our attorney. Our attorney talking to front desk. Eventually, one of doctors came out and did quick check up. We are very thankful to him, very nice and good person. All that I want to say is I don’t appreciate rudeness of person on the front desk. Baby is a baby, u can’t simply can’t reject helping, especially if the office is open and there are several doctors in.

I just love it when I am not feeling well that I have a place to go that treats you with kindness and respect. They work very hard to get your needs taken care of in a very timely manner. Everyone is so friendly that I would recommend Exer Urgent Care in Northridge California to anyone and everyone.. Thanks to all the staff for working so well and hard together…It’s appreciated…

That is something you would need to contact the actual urgent care for I am not an employee there although I do not think they would have any problem in that type of assistance

We use CLIA-certified labs for the testing. Which type of COVID-19 test do you need? Usually, PCR tests are required for travel. Please make sure to tell the clinic staff this is what you need and why. There are other tests offered too but they won't be accepted for traveling.
