First time customer for consultation and covid tests. Happy to find a clean and well-staffed clinic. Visited at noon on a weekday when it wasn't too busy. Needless to say, wait time was short. Doctor and staff were all pleasant and professional. Got my covid results in time. The service was covered by my insurance so I didn't pay anything out of pocket. Due to my first impressions, I will definitely be a returning customer and recommend this clinic to my friends.

I was ill - went to this clinic because it was close and I had been once before for a covid test. I had a covid test and my primary physician wanted a chest Xray. Also the Dr. ordered blood drawn for a test for clots- they sent email asking for a review- i checked positive- little did I know that they “screwed up”, as the employee said who called me Four days later and told me that the blood test I and my primary physician, waited on, was Never done! Apparently Quest Diagnostics discovered that Exer Urgent Care had labeled my blood sample with my name and put it in Another patient’s packet! The employee said that they couldn’t use the sample now and that I could come back to have blood drawn again! My favorite thing to do! No thanks! I was also told by the employee that if I came in I could get a copy of the Lab’s refusal- so much for patient confidentiality! Of course mgr. did not want this going out as an attorney pointed out-evidence of Malpractice! What else are they doing? Corporate did not take my calls. I’m posting so that people are aware that I did Not give a positive review after getting all of the facts of my visit.

I have been here twice and have had terrible experiences both times. The first time I figured it was due to the stressed of the pandemic. Everyone was so rude and condescending. Waited 4 hours to get a covid test. Had to come back again recently due to the convenience of living nearby and again was greeted with a poor attitude. Receptionist didn't even look up or ask if we had an appointment just told us to sit down immediately. The waiting room had two other people and yet it look over an hour just to get a test even with an appointment. Someone called into the reception and they told the caller they were swamped and couldn't answer their questions. After this second visit I decided that no matter how much pain or need any health related assistance I'd rather suffer than come back to this place.

Fantastic. Very thorough & knowledgeable staff. Ashley C. at check in got me in quickly with a smile, Jordan H. was a total all star nailing the blood draw on the 1st try & super accommodating bringing me warm blankets too, & of course Dr. Lunsford offering me great suggestions moving forward based on his own experiences with his father. Nobody wants to end up in urgent care or thinks of it as a place to have a good time, but overall my visit was pleasant.
