Horrible patient communication! The front desk personnel and non-clinical staff were extremely rude and treated our international patient with distaste and was not helpful. Patient needed medication and was not provided with the prescription. When he arrived at the local pharmacy he was told there was no medication for him. Patient went back to the clinic and the clinic refused to help. They informed him to wait a whole day while the patient is in pain and not feeling well. Tried contacting the clinic but they are closed. DO NOT RECOMMEND GOING TO WEST HOLLYWOOD URGENT CARE.

Me and my family love this place. We’ve been to many urgent cares around the area but never really came across one that is as good as this one. Yes there’s a wait time, sometimes they have a long wait but what big urgent care doesn’t? The ladies here are very sweet and caring they will get you in real quick. I just want to thank you for being right around the corner from our home so convenient. ✌🏼

Seriously?? Waiting one hour at cvs have not received prescription yet, I called back twice , Front desk said put me on hold then she will double check and get me back. She said “ don’t hang up , just hold “ The I hold over 18 minutes no one respond I called back again , they closed without any information get back to me just put me on hold ?!!! I don’t understand before you close , should you remember you still have people on hold ??? Doctored is friendly! But I don’t understand how front desk work !?!

I went to this Doctor because my insurance said I would be covered. However, when I got there he told me I would have to pay out of pocket still. He made me go through (expensive exams) to then proceeded to tell me that there was nothing wrong with me. He seemed out of it the whole time, said inappropriate things and I felt like he was inexperienced. So, I went to a different urgent care immediately after leaving his office where I was told that I had a SEVERE case of tonsillitis and pink eye. She said the symptoms are so obvious that she was shocked how anyone could’ve missed it. She said that if I had not been treated and waited that I would be in much worse condition. Long story short do not waste your time or money going to this doctor. I would rate my experience a zero if I could and am genuinely concerned on how this doctor is still operating.
