This place is straight up awful. They can't get my name right and put my baby's medical record under another lady's account. They also swipped my FSA card successfully without acknowledging the transaction. It was the reminder of my card. But to resolve the $1.84's transaction, I had to call both sides 1000 times to get it sorted out, until my FSA company stepped up to reach out to them. How funny is that? People that work at this place take every opportunity to mess up :)

Loooooooved our visit. My husband loved his 2 days ago. Jai at front desk was amaaaaaazing. Dr Jonathan koretoff is the best. A super pleasant Sunday experience at UCLA urgent care century city. Thank you all.

Scheduling my booster here was frustrating as they kept changing the time I reserved on MyChart. I eventually changed my work schedule for it. The front desk was courteous. My nurse Gio is the best! Light on his touch I didn’t even feel the needle.

I was referred to this Location for urgent care after the UCLA medical center in Westwood did not have any doctors I could see right away; they didn't want me to see a nurse practitioner because I may need stitches on my cut finger. When I arrived at the Century city urgent care location I was told I needed an appointment even for urgent care and the next appointment available would be 2 hours later. I was very disappointed that there was no one in the waiting room and the 4 receptionist there were doing nothing and I was not able to be seen by anyone. The receptionist only said she could refer me to another urgent care location that wouldn't take patients by appointment. When I hear urgent care I don't think make an appointment, I think it's urgent and I should see a doctor as soon as possible. I am a UCLA health patient and I was extremely disappointed with my experience. I ended up at an urgent care location near my home that is not UCLA affiliated and they were able to see me within 10 minutes.
