Worse nurses and service, I have ever received in a medical field. If you are looking for a place which never answers their cell phones, has inconsistent hours for phone calls because they shut down their phone even when they’re open, doesn’t submit paperwork to other offices you are in the correct place. The doctors are very nice and diligent but who runs the show are mostly all the other MA, Nurses ect… and they have the most laziest care free staff, even hospitals are more on top of things. I have been waiting for them to submit my paperwork to another office for 2 months, been calling and even showed up to the office and they haven’t done anything. Even went on to incorrectly make authorizations twice and continued to allowed me to believe it was the right thing until I set a complaint with accountable about their behavior.

This is the worst service ever I didn't had the change to see urgently a gastroenterology one because there's none appointment in person only by phone 1st , second they lie to you if you make a appointment to be seen in person, because if you attend to that appointment in person either is close or they tell you if they open the door "I'm sorry but the office is close they gonna been calling you to reschedule your appointment, wow a huge lie again because they never call you. Is a disappointment.

Haven’t actually seen the Dr. yet, but did have a phone consultation w/Dr. Solomon which went well. The front office has been helpful, professional & kind over our many chats. Look forward to meeting them all in person @ some point.
