Your staff couldn't have been more hospitable. I had bad cut on my hand & from the instant of arrival through dismissal we were treated with awesome concern & customer service. This caused most of the anxiety surrounding my injury to be greatly reduced. Specifically, your PA was over-the-top comforting. She explained everything thoroughly, completed 8 stitches in my palm with competency & minimal pain. Her concern for my minimal head injury, bringing in the Dr. & prescribing a CT scan as precaution was inspired (I take Xarelto blood thinner) . Then she followed up with several phone calls to insure I got the scan & finally with good news no bleeding. I couldn't have been more pleased with our experience at exer, especially your PA. Finally, a couple days later I arrived to have my stitches checked. Once again I was thrilled with your service, this time rendered by another PA-C. She too went over-the top, confidently removing a ring I thought couldn’t be removed due to swelling. This too added to the lessening of pain & uncertainty & then re-dressing my wound. Fabulous professionalism all around. Congratulations!

Excellent! Everyone was very courteous and attentive! I was in and out very quickly. If you need a "Rapid COVID-19 test" you can have it done there and they did accept my insurance!! Thank you🥰

I arrived at this location for a workman’s comp issue. The lady at the front desk admitted she wasn’t supposed to be working front desk, didn’t know how to do the workman’s comp claims and that they would find out. 40minutes later there was no update and she still hadn’t figured anything out. NO UPDATE NO HELP! I made sure that she hadn’t forgotten about me. She still said she was working on it. Then randomly someone appeared on a WebCam chat in a separate area, but no one explained why that was… When I investigated I discovered this was another option to register. I spent some time with her emailing my forms and started filing my workman’s comp claim. This woman, Bashra, was about as helpful, courteous and polite as she could be. As Bashra and I were finishing up approximately 1hr15min into my visit a man, I believe the doctor, says we’re not seeing anyone because we can’t register people correctly because we don’t have our front desk person and then added some baloney about how they were overwhelmed… For one gentleman this, he said, was after waiting for 2hrs. Your business should not fall apart because the front desk person doesn’t make it to work… or you shouldn’t wait 2hrs to tell people you can’t help them. You tell them that when they walk in. What a nightmare experience. Side note, their automatic doors don’t open for you from the outside. This place was awful.

I developed cold symptoms and needed a PCR test to determine whether or not I had Covid. We live near Exer urgent care on Westwood Boulevard. Initially, I called and a very nice receptionist informed me that they provided the PCR test and at that particular time, there was only one person waiting. We arrived a few hours later and checked in with a very helpful receptionist. Unfortunately, even though I was told there were only three people ahead of me for a PCR test, I waited an hour and a half. This is why I could not give five stars. The male nurse who conducted my test was excellent. He was friendly, calm and most important, he did not hurt me. Ultimately, I recommend Exer urgent care on Westwood Boulevard, but be prepared to wait.
