I park my car there to start the bike trail - I did roller skate on the outer edge of the bowl - sooo smooth - wish the surface was bigger to roller skate (for those of us stuck in the 70s & 80s.)

Yes u can, I'm not sure if on right side of of park when u enter,if they have taken the grills out tho, so if you have a table top grill or one that's easy to transport, I'd definitely bring it.
