Trey came by to check a AC vent that I am having a issue with mold. Trey explained why it was doing it and told me how to handle it myself. Very nice and knowledgeable and took time to check all the vents. Really appreciate him helping me.

We had a leak from our master shower that has been slowly getting into our crawlspace in our Carolina Beach house. SERVPRO came and inspected. We had a plumber fix the small leak and then SERVPRO dried and fixed the affected areas. Would not use anyone else!

Do you accept insurance?

Yes, we accept all insurance claims. Each of our clients who uses an insurance claim is assigned a Project Coordinator to help them process their claim from start to finish.

Are you requiring mold sample tape pulls, and mold identification? I'm needing a wipe down before growth starts.
