They actually mailed the package I was sending... back to me. I mean??? Isn't this their business? You'd think they could get one thing right 100% of the time. After all most of their business is sending and receiving packages. One person is the sender and the other is the receiver.. doesn't seem that difficult does it? Well if you need your packages to get to where they're supposed to be going, don't go here!

DJ goes above and beyond giving amazing customer service. He was able to help me with an immediate notary that I needed. He made sure that I was able to get everything done on time. Best UPS store I have ever been too. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful!

I drop off packages for Amazon return with QR code. but they never sent my item.i came over the ups store and ask if they sent my item? they told me:”if i drop off they will send” but they never did. my bad was: i had not request for the receipt of drop off. now amazon recharge my bank. remember never trusted what’s they said was i will send it out. my $120 charge was my expensive lesson for my trust .

Every visit the staff at Porters Neck is helpful and knowledgeable. I can take advantage of both their printing and shipping services in one shot. I even came in on a whim one day after looking for a notary after Staples and Office Depot turned me down and I signed the document in front of them, they stamped it and i was in and out. My favourite UPS store in town would definitely recommend!
