We ordered delivery via doordash and had a lackluster experience. Overall, this food didn't have a ton of flavor or seasoning and very much needed one of the sauces that typically come with hibachi - having never been here, I don't know if they usually serve sauce or not, but a good yum yum sauce would have made a world of difference. Also, I did not ask for or want mushrooms, but they were added to my order anyway. We were not provided any napkins, utensils, or sauce packets.

Called four times to place an order, Sunday @ 7:30. Kept ringing, never was answered. Taking my business elsewhere. Response: I didn’t even mention being hung up on twice in the original review. So, your explanation is as insufficient as the ‘restaurant’s’ operation. “We hang up on customers, so, you should totally download our app”. LOL. College Road location. Pretty clear why this place has tanked.

I order from here often. I always spend a minimum of $50 as we have a large family. I’m not sure what the purpose of leaving a space for notes if they won’t acknowledge them, well only a portion of them. I know they read them because some of what I request is completed and it’s highlighted on the receipt. I do not request anything that would be an additional cost (like extra veggies, meats etc). This does not happen every time, only occasionally. Lastly, the last 3 times I have ordered Spring Rolls and the sauce that is supposed to come with it has not been included. I am not sure if that is the new norm or just lack of attention to detail. For the good. The food is always fresh and hot. The flavor is wonderful and the portion size is generous (except when ordering shrimp).

Friendly staff, especially a male by the name of Nick. After calling in my order for pick up, I had a very positive experience because of Nick. He was friendly, considered, knowledgeable, and got my order correct. Nick answered the phone with a very inviting personality and I could tell he had a smile on his face. Nick and I shared a few laughs and I asked to speak to his manager to let her know the positive experience I had. The manager (I forgot to ask her for her name) was very pleased for all the positive complements I shared with her from Nick. The manager was very friendly and expressed how satisfied and grateful she was by my experience being shared with her. I would Recommend any and everyone to stop by hibachi bistro as they will be very pleased with the customer service, food, and overall positive experience especially after we experienced covid!! Thank you to all the staff especially Nick.

No but you can call it in. One of these pictures is incorrect .it's not a buffet type restaurant.
Hibachi bistro is not a buffet. It has sushi and hibachi style food. Half price sushi on Wednesdays for lunch. ;) The buffet is Blue Asia. Its $15 for lunch and $25 for dinner. The selection of sushi is basic for lunch and fancier for dinner. Still a quantity over quality type situation though.
