Most of the staff are nice and courteous. And depending on the time be prepared to wait

They made me go without medication for over a week because I missed a zoom meeting instead of letting me reschedule my meeting. I miss my doctor Ashley Nursery, she bent over backwards to help. Are they forgetting their patients are having mental issues and have memory problems? Shame on them for not caring. Elizabeth had no compassion.

I was referred to this company to get intensive in home for my disabled son, which the team we worked with, were amazing - branch from Burgaw. He sees the psychiatrist there and she’s beyond amazing still to this day. She goes above and beyond! I was referred to this location for my own mental/emotional health. My therapist is just the most beautiful soul you could ever encounter. She’s helped me through sooooo much and in my times of need, she’s always there to help me through it. For those people is why I even put stars here. Otherwise, it would have been a zero. Cynthia, however, is rude! If a client and/or therapist is coming to you to schedule an appointment or having issues with medication management, lower your tone and speak to people with respect. I understand people have bad days, but it’s every single time I call or she calls, she always has an attitude and speaks to people as if they’re stupid. If you have that much hate in your heart, maybe you should book yourself an appointment with a therapist and some medication management. Just some food for though Cynthia. 🤷🏼♀️

They are mainly a substance abuse treatment center. They offer mental health services, but you will have to pay about $15 per appointment whether it's med management or therapy. I did not have this problem at Helping Hands. if you have medicaid/insurance good but ther are lots of other places that are better that accept medicaid. I went 4 months without seeing a therapist because the receptionists refuse to set up the appointment and because of that I ended up in the hospital never again will I go there.

Coastal will work with you on making payments. Not sure if it's a sliding scale or not. I know a lot of people who only pay $20 a week. There good people. Hope this helps!

Yes. Call yourself to ask about details. They are very nice and helpful for the most part.

It's a mental health and out patient therapy for substance abuse. There is some sort of juvenile help behind coastal.
It’s a medication that’s extremely hard to get off of. I’m sure that’s the reason for asking. The withdrawals are awful.
If you don't have insurance you'll need $ 50.00 to see the Doctor..
No. But they do have a schedule there to the local na meetings.
Donna is good

Public awareness is key to reducing the stigma associated with substance abuse - a necessity when it comes to having an open & informed dialog, without which a solution is impossible. The goal of eliminating access to narcotics, though noble, has proven futile as evidenced by the decades wasted and trillions of dollars spent with only an increase in crime, availability, and abuse as a result. Supply is a consequence of demand, not the reverse. Drug use is often a symptom of another issue - be it internal or external - that needs addressing itself, along with the substance abuse. Our time & money would be better spent improving & expanding access to addiction treatment medications & services, mental & physical health care, as well as decriminalization and legalization where appropriate. Our current model of legislation & incarceration has only served to empower criminal organizations and further marginalize those afflicted with addictions, their families, and loved ones.
Yes they do alot of guest dosing. Just do yourself a favor and make sure all your paperwork is in order from the clinic you're coming from. I've seen a lot of people who are there for guest dosing and they have to sit around and wait because not all of their paperwork is done.
Go fill out paperwork between 8-4.
I think it depends. I went by there to see the mental health facility and saw papers up announcing holiday hours. There was 1 at 8am and another earlier I think. Sorry it's not much help but I'll update when I go back by
