Good food, nothing else like it around. But, they have had absolutely terrible service lately. There’s nothing like watching the 20-30 people who ordered after you, get their food, eat and leave. When I asked why we haven’t received our order after 30 minutes, I was told that “only 1 fryer is working”. That’s not a valid excuse whatsoever. You can fry foods for a party of 7 that ordered after us, and the other 20-30 people, but not our party of 2? Then they have the audacity to act like I’m the bad guy for POLITELY asking about our order. We ordered 2 chicken dirty fries and when they FINALLY arrived after 30-40 minutes, they had clearly been reheated. At this point, our lunch break was already over so we had to get to-go boxes and leave. I’ve contemplated on making a review from my previous experiences, but i decided to hold off because I usually like to give it a couple more chances before I do. I understand that businesses have bad days, it happens. I completely get that. But it’s happened the last handful of times now, and today was the worst experience out of them all. So I leave it 2 stars. I recommend the food highly, but I would call it in and get it to-go. Because that seems to be the only people they care about getting orders to.
