Shame on St. Francis for discriminating against patients unable to wear a mask. Someday it will be you for whatever arbitrary reason. The color of your skin. Income bracket. Who knows what or why. Also, Cape Care for women mixed up my biopsy results, and gave me another patient's social security number, as well as a full run down of her health history, plus address. So I'm sure she recieved all of my sensitive info also.

Ugh their service is horrible , everything is horrible about this place!!! Just absolutely ridiculous. I would hate for anyone who will really need helpful assistance to come here, these people don’t care! Hope they get better!
Good Grief
This review is edited after 4 weeks post op. Sarah Oliver & Dr. Scott amazing. Nuerosurgery staff amazing! I did have to clarify more pain management was needed at hospital & they worked with me accordingly. Stacey Smith was a nightmare. She waltzed into my room unaccompanied by the Dr. & proceeded to reprimand me for asking for apppropiate pain management. Then actually lectured me on addiction! They had just sliced my major back muscles open, shaved/chisled bone, removed bone/disc drilled holes, inserted spacer & titanium hardware by drilling into my spine!! How dare she lecture me! I've had the the same family Dr. for 35 years & now a great Nuersurgeron. I'm 62 years old, unfortunately have had 5 previous major surgeries that were unavoidable. I have used opiods for long periods of time throughout the years without any ill effects! No euphoria, no cognitive impairment. Easily stopping at any time they weren't needed. For non addicts to be punished for someone else's addiction problem is totally unfair!! I urge every patient & their families to speak up! The fact that Stacey Smith was in my room being verbal abusive, TOTALLY UNPROFFESSIONAL! Addendum 3 months later, I only asked for one refill & never used it all. After, this experience, I won't be turning any unused medication in or disposing of it.

The law is you are entitled to a copy,free of charge. Call and ask to speak with the department that handles complaints about services
they have the legal paperwork thats court ordered by a judge and they still wont give the records. they have tried contacting the ceo of st francis since they cant get anywhere with the medical records director and they have left multiple messages and requests for a call back with the ceo and for the last 3 months not a single call was returned. who would they need to talk to in that facility since no one returns calls and when they do they ignore the court ordered documents currently in their system?
Entrance 2 is at the southeast corner of the building, fairly close to the Roundabout near Logan's/Best Buy
In the hospital I am pretty sure it is from 10 to 12 and then from 2 to 4 possibly six. My brother has been moved to Landmark and I know the visiting hours here are a straight 10 to 6. I hope this helps.

They are usually in the family waiting rooms. There are some charging stations in te critical care family room waiting. Where others are I'm not sure.

Cape Diabetes and Endocrinology is at Entrance 7 - Heart Hospital, on the third floor.
