What kind of doctors group has an answering service but does not accept client calls on the weekend? My mother is having complications with a colonoscopy prep and there is no one to talk to to. When you call st Francis ER, they refer you back to the specialty group. The answering service just tells us to call back on Monday. This is a 2 bit operation and I would not recommend.

Do not use this place. I sat in med garb w/ IV for two hours and had to get out of bed to get attention. They were about to put me under and had me prepped for wrong procedure until I questioned for third time how are u going to penetrate my rear with my shorts on? They are affiliated with St Francis which is in network with my insurance, but CGS is not. This “typical” procedure cost me $4,000 out of pocket and I have good insurance.
