The services and staff professionalism at the Brick location continue to far exceed my expectations. Customers are immediately greeted upon entering and there is always a staff willing to help. Some of the kindest people I have met in customer service! Very knowledgeable about products and options and can turn any project into something beautiful. Busy store but every time I go in, everything is quick and easy.

I placed an order for work and went to pick it up. Was greeted with a nasty attitude, employee slamming things and being very rude. When others came it, they were treated the same.. so the good news is that she does not discriminate and treats everyone poorly. My print job was not ready and what should have been a two minute pickup was 1/2 hour of an employee that hates life and her job. Jordan my dear, you may want to consider a new career path. Customer service is not your strength.
