Salesman unfriendly, unhelpful, and somewhat condescending. Difficulty asking questions as salesman was preoccupied with his child when I called. Car delivery has been a joke. First a loading issue. Next day. Funeral. Next day. Driver needs to sleep. Next day. Flat tire. Next day. And the transportation company was upset at me with their delays. That’s difficult to understand. Doesn’t this look like there is no car and I’m being scammed?????? And not by friendly scammers either! Save yourself. Go elsewhere.

I would like to praise immensely the outstanding service I received from both Mel and Eddie after they hooked me up with the deal of my life. I purchased and financed numerous vehicles since 1992 and dealt with a few good salesmen. But Mel and Eddie went above and beyond and out the time and efforts to put me on a convenient monthly payment and good interest rate. I’m very pleased with the 2013 Toyota Prius Four I have financed with a low mileage of 43k. I fell in love with the car the moment I saw it. It looks brand new, very clean, leather seats, sunroof and of course great gas mileage. When my neighbor saw my Prius, he sarcastically said:”This car is going to slow you down.” I replied:”I’d rather slow down and save money on gas than race the world and declare bankruptcy.” In my opinion, every one should drive a Prius. It’s the most reliable and pragmatic vehicle in the world. Going back to the topic, I highly recommend Vantage Auto Group for anyone that’s looking to buy a vehicle. They have great selections. Most importantly, you will have an unforgettable pleasant experience when you meet Eddie and Mel. I’d give them trillions of stars if I could. A+
