Way overpriced. Not a safe place to live. I've witnessed multiple acts of violence while living here. The landlord wants to gentrify the area by constantly raising the rent to drive people out and put up political signs all over the property during the last election in support of the guy that wanted to remove covid restrictions and eviction moratoriums. Tells you everything you need to know about how they run a business. No washer/dryer. They nickel and dime you on everything. Don't make the same mistake I did, look elsewhere.

Completely annoyed how they want to add an $500 towards your if your late but expect us to take ice cold showers now. I can’t even give my children “3 yr old and a 1 yr old” a bath let alone take a shower without the water being ice cold!!!!

Out of all the potential places we were looking to move into, Corey has been the most responsive and helpful with the millions of questions I had. Our lease process was made simple and Corey was amazing to work with. We're happy with the 2 bedroom apartment we just moved into, the actual apartment feels bigger than what the floor plan shows. Apartment is in good condition, clean, lots of closet space. Thanks for all the help Corey!
