I don’t know why I got charged when they didn’t even do anything . I locked myself out of my house. Called this company. They transferred me to someone that took my card, didn’t tell me about how much it would be or how long they would be. My mother who was outside with me is diabetic and needed to get inside. I called the line 3 times to find out where the guy was and how long he was going to take. I ended up getting into my own house myself after over an hour wait! And they had the nerve of charging me $29 . For WhT??!! Never using again! Better off calling the police and they will call a locksmith for you .

From what I can guess, they are like a phone service that outsources to locksmiths in your area. I asked for an estimate and they said it is $29 fee to send someone to look at the lock and give an estimate. (I needed a standard front door double lock rekeyed). The technician who called me back was unprofessional/rude and flat out wasn’t interested in answering my questions. So I didn’t use them.

I had this locksmith come to my house after my friend locked my house keys in the house by accident. COMPLETE RIP OFF. The man was there for less then 10 minutes and charged me $180 to simply open a door that my other neighbor had to help him with.
